Neighbor Up Brevard’s 2nd Annual Anchor Dinner: Expedition Beyond! was an out of this world experience! The highlights of the night included an inspiring keynote address delivered by Capt. Winston Scott, former NASA astronaut; uplifting dance performances by The DOCK Dance team; and a powerful impact statement and soul-stirring solo sung by Patricia Smoot a resident of the Greater Heights Apartment Community.
